Beach Harbor Campers Cooperative is a private, gated, membership-owned cooperative located on the scenic Chester River on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland. If you are an RV owner you already know the pleasure of discovery in finding new, out-of-the-way vacation escapes with the convenience and economy of having your camper parked where you want it. Beach Harbor offers a unique new approach to family vacationing that combines the best of private family camping in the woods and at the shore with a variety of planned community activities benefiting young and old, and best of all you have the security of investing in your own resort campground. Beach Harbor is just 6 miles east of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. It is designed for maximum family comfort in an unspoiled natural setting and is serenely tucked away amidst pine, oak and maple on the shores of the Bay, near Kent Island and the Chester River, and offers a variety of spacious campsites. We invite you and your family to enjoy the simple pastimes of the "Land of Pleasant Living" and the amenities of an expensive country club at an affordable cost.
Three-Season Campground
Designated as a three-season (Mid-March through November) campground, Beach Harbor is a 262-lot not-for-profit Maryland Cooperative, governed by a 9-member Board of Directors. It is designed to be a nonpermanent residence, where the members can visit and relax year round.
Our Amenities
The members of Beach Harbor enjoy Eastern Shore solitude and awe-inspiring sunsets. Amenities include swimming & tennis; volleyball and horse shoes; shuffle board, fitness room, and bingo. There are two community pavilions, a boatyard and 2 launch ramps. Boating, crabbing and fishing are enjoyed, including the hunt for the coveted Rockfish (aka Striper). Waterfront dining is enjoyed at the fine, local Kent Narrows eateries.
